The Carriage House
Originally built in the 1800s to serve the farm, The Carriage House has been thoughtfully restored into a private retreat where the wedding day begins at an unhurried pace. Designed for comfort and quiet moments, it offers a welcoming space to prepare, gather with those closest to you, and enjoy the anticipation of the celebration ahead.
Filled with natural light, the suite features a spacious styling area, comfortable lounge, private bedroom, kitchenette, and full bath. Original architectural details and warm wood accents honor the building's history, while carefully chosen furnishings provide modern comfort throughout.

The Chapel

Experience Wayside View
Join us on the fourth Wednesday of each month from 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. to explore the property, discover our beautiful spaces, and learn more about our wedding and celebration experiences. RSVP encouraged, but not required. Private tours available by appointment.
Wayside View hosts a limited number of celebrations each season, allowing every event to receive the time, care, and attention it deserves. We invite you to contact us to inquire about availability and reserve your preferred date.
Questions and Answers
How do I reserve my date?
To reserve your celebration at Wayside View, a signed reservation agreement and a non-refundable reservation fee of $1,000 are required. The remaining balance is divided into three convenient installments and must be paid in full no later than 60 days before your event.​

Is smoking or vaping permitted?
Smoking and vaping are permitted only in designated outdoor areas. We kindly ask that all cigarette and cigar waste be disposed of in the provided receptacles. Additional cleaning fees may apply if our smoking policy is not followed.​

Do I need a wedding planner or day-of coordinator?
To help your celebration unfold smoothly, a professional day-of coordinator is required for all wedding experiences. While full-service planning is optional, many couples find it to be a valuable resource throughout the planning process.

When is Wayside View open?
Wayside View is a seasonal venue welcoming celebrations from May through October. Please contact us for current availability and available event dates.

Is event liability insurance required?
Yes. Event liability insurance is required for all reservations. This important coverage helps protect you, your guests, and the venue throughout your celebration.

May I choose my own vendors?
Absolutely. We welcome licensed and insured vendors of your choosing. Vendor documentation and insurance requirements are outlined in your reservation agreement.

Are pets permitted?
While we love our four-legged friends, pets are not permitted at Wayside View. Certified service animals are always welcome.

Is parking available?
Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for you and your guests.

What happens if it rains?
Wayside View offers beautifully connected spaces that provide flexibility for changing weather conditions. We'll work with you and your coordinator to help ensure your celebration is comfortable and enjoyable, rain or shine.

May we bring alcohol?
When alcoholic beverages are served, service must be provided by a professional bartender or licensed bartending service approved by Wayside View. The bartender or company must provide proof of liability insurance. Self-service alcohol is not permitted.

May we decorate the venue?
Yes. We encourage you to personalize your celebration. To help preserve the property, some decorating restrictions apply and are outlined in the reservation agreement.

Are tents permitted?
Yes. Outdoor tents and other rental items are welcome, allowing you to personalize your celebration and comfortably accommodate your guest list. All rentals must be coordinated with your vendors and approved in advance.

How many guests can Wayside View accommodate?
Wayside View offers several experiences to accommodate celebrations of varying sizes. Our indoor gathering space comfortably seats approximately 30 guests, while outdoor celebrations can accommodate up to 125 guests.
